If I could give 0 stars I totally would because the employees there are very rude. Got my order wrong and instead of changing it, decided to make a show and called the manager which was even more rude. And the best part is the she preffered returning my money and losing a sale. I was with my family ready to have dinner and they decided to pull this up. Very immature and very low work ethic. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this location. I admit I love Pollo Tropical but this is by far the worst location. Even the tables were dirty while everyone is just gossiping in the back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I’ve been to so many Pollo tropical’s and rarely is everything perfect. I came to this location and it was the first time that my chicken was done correctly. Not overcooked not undercooked. The meet was just perfect. Most times when people ask for a manager It’s because they have something to complain about. I asked for a manager because I wanted to know who was the person that cooked my chicken. The guy that I spoke to was a bit nervous but I told him everything’s fine and asked to speak to the manager again. Spoke to the manager and told her whoever made this really cares about their customers. Everything from the race to the plantain‘s to the salsa at the bar was perfect. Miss Lorena the manager I can tell was a bit surprised about the compliment when I know that everyone was expecting a complaint. Continue the great work! You guys have a loyal customer here!
